About Darlene

Darlene Heimerl, MA brings nearly 20 years as a psychotherapist to the field of Life Coaching for caregivers. In her role as a psychotherapist, she served a diverse client base including children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.

She holds certification in Life Coaching from The Adler Institute.

Darlene’s vision and unique approach to Life Coaching for women caregivers was borne out of her own life experiences.

With a very busy full- time practice, Darlene was entrusted with caring for her beloved grandmother, as well as both her parents up until their deaths.

From her experience Darlene developed the deep conviction that women caregivers are the backbone of modern family life, bridging the gap between the fast pace of life in general, and the medical community. She believes that the demands placed on these women can drive many forms of physical, emotional, financial, and social pressure — but that there are few resources available to help these women address these unique challenges. Darlene passionately believes in the power of Life Coaching to help these women.

With empathy, depth, and skill, she assists her clients in identifying areas for positive change, and works diligently to help her clients navigate through the myriad of challenges facing women caregivers.

Darlene works in a casual, warm, relaxed atmosphere, and possesses a lifetime of insight in personal development.
